Executive Account Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, eager to be part of a successful, independently-motivated sales team.

 

Job responsibilities:

 

• Be Creative Use your experience, skills and imagination to maintain and develop a strong B2B prospect pipeline

Requirements for job success:

 

  • 2+ years sales experience in telecom industry, and a demonstrated desire to succeed in sales
  • A professional persistence in making repeated calls and emails to gain access to C-level buyers
  • To sell value, helping customers envision how technology can save them money and/or increase productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort presenting in front of both large and small groups
  • Proven prospecting and negotiation skills
  • The ability to look for new customers and find new business within existing customer accounts
  • To utilize the CRM system and manage the sales funnel

Network Engineer

We seek an experienced Network Engineer who is passionate about solving technology problems.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Small Medium Business infrastructure projects by working closely with the Sales and Service members to accomplish the goals of the business needs for existing and future clients.
  • Working with sales team to assist with presales design support for network opportunities.
  • Report network project status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects.
  • Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades.
  • Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Utilizing the CRM system to keep track on service open service orders
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting with strategic plans and roadmaps for future internal infrastructure initiatives.

 

Requirements for job success:

 

  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
  • Working knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP, network applications and related technologies.
    Layer-2 and Layer-3 data network problems.
  • IP address nomenclature, protocols, and routing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of standard engineering concepts such as high availability, redundancy, reliability, testing, security, and standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and edit network drawings. IE Visio
  • Provide training to team members on technology.
  • Superior time management skills to smoothly and professionally manage multiple complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, professionally.
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows, Server Virtualization, and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
